John McGuinness

John McGuinness is co-founder of La Jolla Property Group, bringing experience in New York and coastal San Diego real estate to his work with buyers and sellers. He began his real estate career in 2009 and built a referral-based practice spanning townhouses, condominiums, co-ops, and development properties.

In La Jolla, John combines that transaction experience with a personal approach to understanding each client's priorities. His focus is thoughtful strategy, attentive communication, and careful negotiation, supported by the resources of Compass.

Outside of real estate, John enjoys time with his wife, Carol, and their children, cycling through Bird Rock, and playing golf at Torrey Pines.
